COMPANY POLICY
Effective February 1, 2025

Missed appointments will be charged unless you have canceled 2 hours or more before your scheduled appointment date and time. All cancelations must be noted via text message or phone call. Email cancelations won't be recognized.

 

Late appointments will be charged an additional $1 a minute that you are late.

 

If you are 6 minutes or more late for your appointment this will be an automatic cancellation, plus charge for service(s) scheduled.
